I purchased the freezer temp and RH sensor, WH51RF. I couldn't be more pleased with it. It fired up when I put the batteries in and puzzled out how to connect it to my app and display. I should not have worried ... the app picked it up right away and I set alerts to notify me if the freezer fell below 20 degrees F. My 2902 display unit seems not to show the device, but it is the app that needs it. I'm very happy with the whole purchase process and the unit.

Array will not connect to the console, console will not connect to the WiFi. Was told by support to replace the bare array. No change. Told by support to replace the complete array (including sensors). No change. Removed the batteries and cover solar cell overnight. Restored the batteries and pushed the reset button. The array is 4’ from the console. The indicator light flashed every 16 seconds. No connection
Restarted the console multiple times and tried to connect to the WiFi. No go. Restarted the router and tried to connect. Confirmed the WiFi password. Confirmed connecting to 2.4 GHz band. Uninstalled the Awnet icon on the desktop and reinstalled. Tried to connect with my iPad.
Awnet has location - while using. Also has local network and cellular data enabled. VPN is off. None of this is successful. Get a message “Find gateway AMBWeatherPro-8CADEA Connected to gateway. Setup has completed, your iPhone or iPad will automatically reconnect to your preferred wireless router.

One negative: your support team could only identify the proper part needed for my WS-2902 based on the date of purchase. I had provided the serial number of the unit, but your agent said they could look it up only based on the purchase date because you had changed suppliers or manufacturers of that temperature gauge portion of the unit. This seems very odd to me. I’ve been in technical work for decades, and I’ve never come across such a distinction. Otherwise, top notch thank you!

Prompt delivery and product worked as expected. However there were no detailed instruction on how to install and product so I had to search for that online. Minor, but a small wrench they provided didn’t fit the nut size. Once I called tech support they were able to lead me through the final steps needed to register the new device.
