The current shopping experience was fine. However we had the experience because the existing console failed and we had to replace it.

Installation went smooth and is working well. I had an older Ambient weather station and I like the new D versions screen. It's easier to read at a distance than the older display. If it works as well and long as the old station (over 7 years) I will be very happy!

Took too long to reach someone in customer service. Once I reach someone my order was filled quickly and accurately.

I hesitated on spending the extra money when my LaCrosse weather station died. This is far better and easier to setup. Very happy with this weather station.

My weather station was damaged during a storm. I was very happy to find that I could purchase the outdoor unit separately and did not have to replace the entire system. I did not realize how often during the day I checked the unit. I really missed it. I received the replacement, and it is up and running. Thank you for your prompt service and for making a great product at a reasonable price.

I made a purchase and selected one of the three UPS shipping options, they ship UPS only, per their shipping policy. When my order shipped, it was shipped USPS Ground Advantage. I contacted Ambient Weather asking why they shipped using the postal service, “to save money” was the answer. I requested a refund and the item not to be delivered, they refused. I refused the delivery and USPS took the package back. I have not received a refund. I opened a complaint with the State’s Consumer Protection Unit.

I ordered a replacement weather station but couldn’t figure out why the base station wouldn’t see it. It wasn’t until I found a YouTube video that some guy did. He explained how to go into settings and fix that. Before that I was beside myself that I couldn’t figure it out.

Second time the temperature module has stopped working in 18 months. Love the unit but for $300 it should last longer without costly maintenance!!!!

I bought a new sensor array for my WS2000. I had trouble getting it to communicate with my console. I called a technician and he solved the problem in less than five minutes! Great service.

Easy to order and quick delivery. Setup instructions are a bit low end, but do the job.

The main reason I purchased the 300 was for accurate weather predictions. I have not found the predictions for my site to that accurate.

I have had a weather station on my rooftop for some years now. Recently I somehow lost the funnel attachment to the rain gauge rendering it inoperable. After a short search, I found the part I needed and to my surprise, at a very reasonable price. The ordering was easy and painless, shipping was prompt and the packaging was good. The part was a perfect fit and my weather station is once again fully functional.

i have a technical question and after more than a week i've received no response. I most likely will throw away the equipment and go with another vendor
