temperature and humidity in my weather station stopped working outdoors. I called your technical support. They recommended a new temperature and humidity sensor. I ordered that. Installed it. It did not change the situation. I still had no temperature and humidity from the outdoor unit. I called back and then they said, sorry. If you want temperature and humidity outside, you’ll have to buy a standalone temperature and humidity standalone module which I did. So I had to spend twice as much money.

The item was tracked as delivered by USPS but it was never delivered. I called customer service and explained the situation to them and the part was resent via UPS and received 3 days later. The problem was not Ambient’s fault but they made right ASAP.

bought bird guard for rain funnel. It blew away in the wind after being on for 5 days. A waste. No good way to secure it tightly enough. New Rain sensor module installed and works, but is very inaccurate.by a factor of 1.52 compared to our analog glass rain gauge about 8 feet away. haven't got around to trying to calibrate, yet. Old one was far more accurate before it ceased functioning.

I need help setting up my Weather Station and submitted a support ticket 48 hours ago and am still waiting for a response. If I don't receive a response soon, I will leave reviews on Amazon and Reddit, including my purchase and support experience. Thank you.

Overall, a good experience. However, your catalog could be easier to navigate. I needed to replace a failed sensor and it took me a while to just find the link to purchase the sensor vice the whole station. Once I did, everything was smooth and very fast shipping.

The replacement array came very quickly and worked as planned. There were no instructions included so one has to be a bit intuitive from setting up the first weather machine. The product is great and provides me the real time information that I’m looking for.
