Cost almost 25% of the purchase price to return an item that is not compatible with my situation. Won’t buy from here again.

Easy to assemble and tools (small screwdriver and wrench) were provided. I have not connected to wifi yet, but otherwise I like the unit.

My WS-2902 stopped calculating rainfall after 1 year of use. I ordered the replacement rain gauge part and it still didn't work. Customer service said the transmitter was probably defective and would have to order a brand-new unit. One-year usage is unacceptable when you pay $200 and he said it should last 3-10 years. Poor company policy and customer service.

Really like your WS4000 weather station.. I own a Davis Pro also, but the 4000 is so much easier to install and compact.

Rain Guage is not accurate and the outside temps jump 5+ degrees when the sun hits the sensors and wind sensor is so so. Might need to relocate the sensors

disappointed with “premium” product — expected better quality sensor unit plastic. Don’t think product will last long …
Biggest disappointment is size of monitor — barely can read numbers . Once again expected decent size monitor but this one for 2902 is 20% smaller than an old La Crosse I thought I was upgrading. Further more there is no readout for 2d temp sensor I was invited to buy.

Had to replace the sensor array for my WS-2902A. Ordered direct from AWN. Ordering process went smoothly. Product showed up on time. Assembly/install went smoothly. Not sure how, but the sensor array and the base station found each other in the interwebs and all is working.

Needed a replacement screen for my weather station as the digital elements had started to fail and were difficult to read. Very pleased with the ability to source this easily. Shipped promptly and connecting the new screen to the weather station was literally effortless. I just plugged it in.

Arrived in excellent shape but a day late due to UPS equipment problem. Received the care notice and explanation from UPS, which was very helpful.

The responsiveness of the ultrasonic animometer is a huge upgrade from the regular one.
