We live on a lake and I added the water temperature monitor and a second temperature/humidity sensor away from the lake. The manual was a little obscure but now that they are set up they work well and automatically cycle through the main display.

We just purchased this unit and it was delivered today. It shipped quickly and was packaged well for shipping. This is our second Ambient weather unit. Our prior unit worked very well for about 7 years. Recently it list the exterior temperature reading. We chose to purchase a newer unit with up to date technology, instead of repairing the older unit. If the new unit is as reliable as the older unit we will be very pleased

Potentially a good set of gear for a home weather station. However, once received, the instruction manuals (scanty at best) did not agree with what the gear was doing. Then their tech support was nonexistent. Ended up returning the gear for a refund, which was another problematic interaction with Ambient Weather as well.

Purchased a replacement display for my station. They are fairly sturdy, mine hit the floor one too many times. I love the brightness of the display and the ease of getting it synced with my existing system.

I purchased a power adapter for a WS-50 Weather station on July 8th, which I still do NOT have. I received an invoice with a tracking number, but the post office never shows the package being given to them. I've tried calling their customer service number only to spend 10 minutes on hold and then being told "no customer service agents are available". I sent an e-mail to support - it's been 2 days, and no response at all. This is ridiculous. I am very disappointed.
