Got the part I needed (the funnel for the rain gauge) for my weather station quickly, and it fits. Now, if only it would rain here so I can verify the viability of the rain gauge. This gauge has worked very well in the past, and I remain hopeful (that we’ll get rain and that the gauge will report accurately, as it has done so before).

Temp/Humidity stopped working after about 3 years in the Texas rough climate. Replaced sensor, works great and I hope I’m good for another 3 years.

Very happy with quality instrument. It’s better than the one I had previously, that I spent twice as much money on.

it was straight forward enough, however I wish there was more elaboration on what each add-on is/does. I ended up purchasing the solar shield which I believed was for the station itself, but turns out to be for an outdoor sensor that I did not even purchase... my fault but still frustrating!

We love our new weather station! It was easy to set up and the app makes it even better, as we can check the weather at our place no matter where we may be.

Quick shipping. Easy setup. Easy getting connected to WiFi and the AWN app on Android. One complaint the indoors display has plenty of brightness but viewing angle is tough. Best to be looking straight at it. Overall very pleased.

Really happy with the replacement part. We've had our weather unit for several years and the hygrometer/ thermometer finally died. I was thrilled to find that you sold replacement parts so we didn't have to buy a whole new unit (super wasteful since most of the unit still works). Shipping was super fast and I am just so, so happy with the whole experience. Thanks!

I bought it because it said it is wireless. But it does not communicate with my Wi-Fi. It only talks to a weather station.

Took quite a while to receive. Otherwise, excellent.

I have had problems with the console working correctly. When I called the tech narrowed it down, and I needed a new console. When it came in I needed to call to get it to link up online. Everyone was great. I love this product.

I am super satisfied with this weather station! Very easy to assemble. The console is so informative and the website is so convenient to check. I needed to contact service today re a minor website issue and they got back to me so delighted with the service as well.
