Website was easy to navigate and the correct part was sent promptly. The part was easily installed and works perfectly.

Was unable to install the newly purchased thermometer because the original defective one could not be removed. The tiny little screws holding it were so small and soft and inaccessible the screw heads were destroyed long before they ever loosened. Be sure you can remove the old thermometer before you purchase a new one.

Received as a gift and very happy with the system. Display is easy to read. Phone app a Def plus. Data seems accurate.

My second Ambient Weather system. The first simply wore out after many years of great service. The new array went together and connected to our wireless network easily with the good instructions provided. The old console works great with the new array, so it is now on our back porch. The app provides a lot of fun and good information that adds to what the console provides.

Instructions on connecting this station to my network are not helpful. Had to call twice to get it going. The process was nothing like the instructions

We had talked about wanting a home weather station for a long time. We love it. I got the soil moisture monitor to help with watering my plants. Highly recommend getting one for yourself.

I'm very pleased with the replacement part that I ordered. My weather station is working again. And I think the price was very fair.
