I called to ask multiple questions about the WS5000. Richard in your sales group was very helpful and answered all my questions. I purchased the WS5000 and the lightning sensor for our sailing school on Lake Ontario. I installed the weather station at Sodus Bay Junior Sailing Association this past Monday. All the basic functions came up “plug n play” with no issues. We will be completing the WiFi and getting the station on line in the next week or so. Thanks. Dave Pennington, SBJSA.

Replacement not working properly, I have notified Tech and received no response!

I like the system but the display screen is way to messy. It would be better if you could move info around, just include what's important to the user, have control over colors to highlight items on the screen or any combo of the above.

I am enjoying my unit and the ability to see the conditions at my home from my phone wherever I am located.

The purchase process was fine, with speedy shipping. However, the reason for the purchase, an outdoor array that failed after only three years, was not.

This is my second Ambient Weather station so it was fairly easy to install and set up. This newer one seems more consistent in reading the wind direction. The only complaint I have is that the rain gauge is very inaccurate ; it recorded .27" versus a digital stand alone rain gauge and and old fashioned rain gauge showing 1.03' for the week.

I would have been able to complete my order much quicker if information about what options worked with what system.

The assembly of the bird ring was more challenging that I epxected - indeed, I had not been aware that there would be ANY assembly required for the device prior to putting it on the “funnel”. Once done, it appears that it’ll do the job fine.
