I wish I could give it ZERO stars. HORRIBLE customer service. No operable hours of business. No one to answer the phones during "normal" business hours. Unit is not fully functional. No technical support. What a disgrace.

This simple transaction went well but your support with my problems on my second Ambient WS-2000 has left much to be desired.

I am a returning customer and have loved the ambient weather monitors that I am currently using. Just added an additional monitor.

great product but poor post sale service and problem support. We can't get the camera to log on. Requested support, left e-mail message with no reply. Follow up with phone call, no answer, Will try again to call but the rest of the station working flawless great product for the community.

The weather station has a wifi ability, but after no help from Ambient, I am unable to use the wifi. I followed the instructions carefully and was prevented from joining wifi to my weatherstation. The station is working, however.

Lost the 5v power supply for the base station. Called in and quickly, professionally, and personably the agent set me up with a replacement. Came right as specified and we are back in the business of knowing the weather inside/outside our home. Well done!

Great product, great support, quick delivery and just plain awesome. Best out their and the AWN is basically a social media outlet for weather enthusiasts.

Overall good experience. I wanted a replacement part for a weather station and it was a bit hard to find the right one. Otherwise, no issues.

I was told that Matt would contact me the next day at 1:30pm MT after I put my WS to sleep, but never received a call. I sent an email and never received a response from the email either. Don’t know what happened, but my problem has yet to be resolved.
Very disappointed.

The store was fine, but any attempts to reach support with questions are met with stony silence. I notice lots of complaint on the forums about this as well…

confusing website so I ended up ordering two bird spike kits. Talked to a representative and he said watch my email for return instructions for one of them. Still watching...
