Really enjoy the unit i bought. I wish the mounting fit was better and easier to piece together

I appreciate the fact that you gave me both the sale price and applied my veterans' discount. The unit I purchased was very nice, but since the numbers on the display were too small to read, it was not usable to me. I was very disappointed to see that I had to pay return shipping (which wasn't disclosed to me until I was in the process of making the return). Your return process could be a little more transparent, when it asked for payment I wasn't even sure who the payment was being made to.

The replacement SENSOR ARRAY works great but the NEAR daily emails for A MONTH asking me to review my purchase are annoying AF. QUIT IT.

Customer service was very helpful. Product part was very hard to install with no instructions on the best way to do it. None the less, I was able to install and my weather station is working fine not.

The shopping experience was fine but your advertising needs to state that WiFi is required. I’m waiting on an RMA number for 2 days now.

Online purchase was easy enough. Hanging the temp sensor is a bit awkward in that that the back of the device isn't flat. The display has the same issue and the required power adapter cord is routed up before it can go down. Minor nits I guess. The display is clear and easy to read & understand.

I have only had this for a few days and am still learning about it. I will say that it is unfortunate that the display unit does not have a rechargeable battery. Also it would have been nice to have a touch screen

My last 2 orders went well. In an interaction with Tech Support, my experience was also good. The Tech (Booklet) writers could stand to review the materials and update them to keep up with changes in the products.

Quick delivery & easy setup of the remote humidity/temp sensor. Works great! The only problem - It was quite a shock to see the high humidity levels in my basement. :(

My original device was defective. The back-light constantly blinks, making it difficult to see the readings. Otherwise, It seems to be accurate, and pick up the remote sensors well. They sent me a new device, but want me to ship the old one back for an additional $20. I am not pleased with this.
