I tried buying through my AW account but it said it did not recognize my email address/password, even though I was using my correct information. Then I bought a product without using my account and now the USPS tracking shows it shipped from AZ to Alaska and has been sitting in Alaska, but it should be going to my address in Nebraska.

it was quite easy to set up, and is working fine so far. I am pleased that I can choose to read the weather where family members are living.

It was fairly simple to find the replacement monitor that I needed for my station. The check out was smooth and simple and the shipping was much faster than I actually expected.

I have not installed the control panel, yet. I am waiting for a WIFI update. Honestly, it stinks that I had to buy a new control panel to change my WIFI password. I will update my review after the install, next week.

The ws-2902 display upgrade program is very confusing. I had to make several calls to get it right. It is really not clear as to how to do the RMA and how the return shipping costs are paid.
