Easy to find the replacement parts I needed after a hail storm. Received them timely too. And anxious to try out my new moisture reader which I hope will help with my tomatoes.

Tim was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My old ws-900- pws died due to the environment in Death Valley, no service parts available. Tim recommended a ws-2902 replacement array so that I could keep using the wireless interface for WU. works great!

It was difficult to really compare the models. Not enough info was given.

The item was a bug/dirt screen for my rain gauge. It is a coiled stainless wire spring looking thing about 2.5" in diiameter. So, aside from it being really expensive, all went well. It was 1/3 the cost of replacing the entire rain gauge!

Things went very good on placing order and a timely delivery on unit. I am having trouble finding a number 2 philips screw driver that is smaller in diameter to remove the screws.

Works well, easy to assemble, decent price for a home unit. Anemometer is way off, but I haven't found any others with good accuracy. I have tried others and came back to Ambient because it is a better unit as a whole. I can only presume that there is not a company out there that can make an accurate anemometer in this price range.

WS-3000 system console died and I needed a replacement. It was in stock and reasonably priced. Shipped immediatly and received in about 3 days (free shipping). It registered all my sensors, and is working well. Found an OBSERVERIP module to pare with it for remote access to my data!!
