Sent the wrong product, unable to get anyone at customer service either by email or by phone. Have left numerous messages with no response. Terrible experience.

No problems, found the parts I needed for our weather station. Order was received, parts were replaced, everything worked great!

This device cannot connect to a network in order to be accessible through an app, and the help I have received via email is paltry. I would love the ability to speak with a human as opposed to having a day long turn around on every message received and sent. PLEASE have someone reach out to me to schedule a call. I need support on this, and would prefer to not return the device purchased.

Talked with Ambient Customer service about my WS-2000 weather station not getting outside temp. Nice guy walked me thru some reset options. Turns out a sensor on my 6 year old unit was out. Ordered new part - with free shipping. It arrived very fast, and was fairly easy to install. Great support and customer service.

The item I needed finally arrived, and it works - that’s the good part. But it took 2 months, with very inattentive and unhelpful customer “service” interaction to get there.

I received my part that I was told I needed so that I could get the current outdoor temp. Followed the instructions and it still does not work. I tried calling today and left a message. Someone from Texas called back and I returned the call and spoke to someone and then nothing. I really like this weather station but I am not happy now.
Could someone call me please??? My home number is 563-263-2125 Tom Summitt

We had a power outage. When the power came back on my WS-1002 had a black screen. I contacted tech support. They told me it was a failed power supply. I ordered a new power supply and my station is back online.
Great tech support. Fast shipping on my part.
Thx
