Bought the was 2000 the first indoor station was defective. It kept turning on and off every couple of minutes. They replaced it and the new one seems to work ok. Went to return the old one and they want $20 to send it to them which i will not pay as it was defective right out of the box. Not my fault they sent me a defective product.

The product was defective, and the customer service rep was not helpful and in the end would not offer to replace the item because he could not understand my simple explanation of what was wrong. I was shocked that your management would rather lose a repeat customer than replace a defective item.
My specific problem was that the mounting tube could not fully inserted into the device so that the pin could be inserted through the holes. I could only see about half of the holes diameter, which was not enough to allow the pin to be inserted. Regardless of my specific incident, I think the Customer Service needs to reevaluate their procedures.
