Not getting calls back. Still cannot get one of the returns to work on the website. I’ve sent several emails and have only received a link that keeps going in circles.

Currently waiting on resolution of service ticket #118198. Nothing yet . . .
I therefore rate the experience as poor.

Easy process, answered all questions. Improvement would have been to offer discounts to individual sensors in addition to full weather stations.

Haven't yet used the weather station as it is a gift, but I could not believe the ease of ordering and timely delivery! Thank you!

I received a (purportedly) new outdoor sensor unit and upon loading the batteries in it, discovered 2 old batteries that had leaked acid all over the battery compartment. Indoor display looked like someone cleaned it. Think I got a cleaned up used system. I'm an old customer who has used ambient's produces for 15 years. This time I'm very disappointed

No instructions whatsoever. - not one word. Found QR code on web site but it didn't link to anything. Located video to 'replace' sensors but all it had was disassembly instructions; no link to assembly of new unit. Cable plug not marked which way it plugged in. Metal screws in plastic stripped plastic threads - I won't be able to replace the sensor again.
A thoroughly and unnecessarily poor experience.

I purchased a new temperature sensor for my WS2902 weather station. I came promptly however when I installed it the outside temperature reading was about 20 degrees too high. I contacted customer service with the information, but they haven't got back to me. I read in the service manual that there is some calibration that can be done, but I don't think is able to make a 20 degree adjustment I don't know if the sensor unit is defective or I made some mistake in the installation and is there a way to correct this issue?

The wind vane had been broken off of our weather station so had to order a new one. The process was simple and we received the new part quickly and well packaged.
