The WS-2000 worked beautifully for 3 years until the power supply that came with it malfunctioned and destroyed the weather station. I had to buy a new WS-2000 to replace the dead one, I hope the new power supply that came with it won't have same issue that the last one had.

I like my new weather station, an upgrade from an Ambient station that was eight years old. However, despite repeated calls to your customer service number I have not been able to figure out how to get my station on the WeatherUnderground site. I know this is not your fault but I have gotten no help from WU. Very frustrating as I count on that site to see my weather data while away.

set up was easy. This was a replacement for an older model. What I did not know is that this one is AC powered the old one used batteries. It is brighter and easier to see.

weather station shipped on time and is functioning as expected. Seems to be a good value and the app does what it needs to do. One big plus is you know sharing the weather is what is important and NOT sharing my personal information. It is appreciated and is why I’ll choose Ambient in the future!
