I have paired my new screen with my system, however, the time I have set to Pacific Standard time is not showing the correct time. How to correct this?

Worse experiance ever! The web site tells you one thing, then the user guide said another and when you call for help you wait a really long time and then get disconnected.

We purchased our Ambient Weather station due to our original one being destroyed in a severe hail storm! I have tried to connect the weather station to my apple phone for 3 days now and have gone through all of the help and nothing helped. Very disappointed with this whole system. It only worked the first day.

Matt was great!! My trusty (2nd) WS1001 had developed problems and I really didn't want to replace everything (sorta got used to my oldscreen layont). Matt suggested the WS-2902 sensor array as it would talk to my WS-1001 display in the house. Perfect! Easy swap out and back to monitoring our Sierra Weather.
I did bring up a problem he was going to look into. My weather station KCAMEADO11 does report to Weather Underground and a couple of mobile apps I use... but will not show data on AWN. It is still not working, is there someone I can talk to about that issue?

Unfortunately this replacement wind speed sensor is not backward compatible. I gave it a try in case I found a work around to adapt it to the existing three pin configuration - it is a five pin connector. I don’t want to have to buy a complete new sensor array since the others are still working.
