Love the display console and the rest however, the design has a flaw, the wind speed cups fail to work properly when it snows because snow builds up in the mounting floor thus leaving them inoperable.

Wind cup replacement. Pros (1). Reasonbly priced.(2) Well made (3) Free shipping. Cons (1) No Installation insructions although replacement was straight forward (2) I thought the website was confusing to find the replacement parts section and then all was well.
My rating system - 1 star unacceptable 2 stars less than expected 3 stars what I expect 4 stars above expectations 5 stars outstanding.
Regarding the email survey form - for those of us who can't type, there needs to be a spell checker built into this review section, and there needs to be positive feedback that the message was sent. The online survey form works as expected.

The purchase went well, shipping was prompt, I liked that the unit was packed in compostable materials (mostly). I thought the build quality of the outdoor unit was medium compared to my old Davis vantage pro, I signed up for an account but my station hasn’t shown up on the map.
