Took 5 days and time to send an email to simply get my MAC address white listed, should’ve been instant.

My shopping experience was good but my original weather station only lasted 26 months. To buy an extra year of warranty is 92 dollars on a 195 dollar unit . It will not happen again.

The item was in stock and all the information about the item was shown to n the website very thoroughly. The item was shipped in a timely matter and was received within my expectations.

Shopping experience was as expected. The product, a replacement temperature sensor came without installation instructions. Two of the four screws to be removed needed a very thin Phillips head screwdriver. Try buying one-they are impossible to find. I haven't checked but I think I was charged $5 more than advertised on the site. The unit itself, while it fitted was different to the one pictured when I ordered. To finish off the experience, the product doesn't work, or at least I haven't been able to get it to work after following all the reset instructions on your site. I'm quite disappointed with the whole episode as the weather station had previously performed well, unlike aftersales

Great wx station and easy to set up but the manual is not well written.
Major drawback is no backup battery for the display console. You can fix that
with the usb cable sold by Ambient and a small USP from Amazon.

Purchased a “Weather Window.love it. It displays everything I am interested in and nothing else. The selection of templates is very adequate and it is readable from across the room. Customer service was great in helping me during the purchasing process.

Suggestion: add a remote battery pack that can be located at ground-level. My station is mounted on a 20-foot pole so I will have to take the entire unit down to change the batteries. Also, it would be nice to have some simple AWN app instructions. Love the unit and remote sensor!

When I changed the part, the temperature indicates 12ºC above the normal reading. I do not know what happened. I switched to the original part, and temp continues with wrong numbers.

Ordered four soil sensors and two rain coils. Got one soil sensor and one rain coil. And customer service hasn’t done anything to fix the error.

It was easy to ascertain which item was compatible with my current Ambient system and then to place the order. The new unit arrived promptly and was very simple to hook up.

Easy system to set up. Instructions were clear. Unfortunately, they need to work on the iOS app. It displays differently on my iPad versus my husband’s iPad. Technical support says it’s a known glitch. One of the main considerations for the system that I bought was the app.

I still haven't received all of the sensors from my order. Six of the seven are still missing.
