I am very satisfied with the Ambient Weather Station. I like the flexibility of the sensor placement. Not only do I monitor the weather I have a sensor in our freezer. When our old freezer died we lost all the food.

Ordering was simple and shipping/delivery very prompt. My last Ambient WS lasted for years and only replaced it for new features. Setup is very simple, just follow instructions however setting up with wifi is tedious, especially for someone who has never done it before. I would definitely buy ambient for the long lasting quality.

I chose to purchase a replacement for my failed power supply (semmingly a epidemic) for my 5000 monitor, rather than go thru RMA. It works, but for how long.....?

I was disappointed that the Lightning Detector, which is best located outside, was not weatherproof. The device should have been designed to be placed outside without having to buy a separate weatherproof enclosure to locate it in an optimum position.

No directions about how to replace the part purchased. No one answers the phone number provided if there are questions. Not happy.
PS 3rd time writing this review. Even this form is not working!

I bought a Temp/hygro unit because those two signals were not showing on the main display and the phone app. They still don't.

Easy to order, but (on-line store) did not make it easy to find the part that matched the console. The phone person did to a good job of that though.
