Ordering was very simple. It was delivered very fast. Impressive.
Away right now but when I get home there should be no problem in placement and setup as I have a WS2902 right now still working properly after 5 years.

My order went through fine. I’ve got it on my Weather station, ambient ambient.

I opened an issue with you about a faulty sensor. I sent multiple messages about it to the response email I got. I never received a reply. I reluctantly spent $200 for a new sensor even though the only issue was the temp. Had there been an option to just get a temp sensor, that would have been fine, but my only option was to re-purchase the entire unit. I also left multiple reviews on the product but yet none of them were ever posted. I am assuming because they were less than 4 stars. If this system dies again, I will be looking for a different system.

The device set up and synced quickly but I have yet to connect it to my wi-fi to have the particulate sensor work. I may just return the sensor as it doesn't seem work the effort.

So far, so good. I was a little disappointed that there was no wind chill readout.

not terrific - after several calls and promises that we would be provided a shipping label for a return and correction to the amount of the refund neither have happened.

One week after ordering I can't get a straight answer as to where my purchase is. According to the tracking records my purchase has defied the laws of physics at least twice. It has arrived in Jacksonville 2 hours BEFORE it left Philadelphia, only to return 6 hours later, and then bounce back to Jacksonville. Now it doesn't even seem to exist because it seems to have disappeared.

It's a gift. Haven't tried it. Fast delivery.
