Easy set up. It is so much fun to glance at the console and confirm the weather conditions. Thank you for this product. We now have consoles in 2 locations.

New wind speed component was easy to install with station in place and is now working great. Old one was about 3 years old and seemed to have lost some accuracy

The bird spike fence seems to be working well. Before it would get clogged with poop in about 2 weeks. All good now!

WS2000, once I enabled the console in software all worked properly. Followed the steps to add to AWN and smooth sailing since.

Product arrived quickly. Cannot get the unit to connect to WiFi. Direction screen shots do not match at all what’s in the directions. Called support, waited 10 minutes and was forced to leave a message. Not impressed with support

Ordering was easy and shipping was quick and accurate.
Weather station works fine but I'm having problems with it maintaining a connection to the internet. About every 12 hours it looses it's WiFi connection and does not reconnect unless I unplug and re-plug it.

I purchased the bird protection kit for my rain gauge. The kit is stupidly simple and could be made from a long wire tie and some pieces of bailing wire. Also note that the wire provided is in straight pieces and has to be bent into shape to resemble the pictures.
