I received the transmitter and the console with no delay. It was well packed. I proceeded to read the set-up instructions. And then started looking through the various items in the box. The instructions have obviously been translated from another language to English. They are not at all clear. The instructions skip around a lot from the console set-up to the outside receiver setup to "add-ons" set-up. I have still not ben able to get the Wi-Fi interface to work. I am an electrical engineer. This is NOT a user friendly manual. So far, the actual outside detector / transmitter and the console work well together. I am still learning how to use various sonsole functions NOT mentioned in the manual!

I love my new WS5000 weather station! It took me about 45 minutes to assemble with no problems. I bought the bird spikes for my rain gauge and whoever designed the bird spikes needs to reevaluate your design. I spent more time trying to get that on the rain gauge than I did assembling the entire weather station. The spikes do not stay in place with the winds we have in Oklahoma! Other than that issue it works great!

Having this second unit at my workbench in the garage is awesome. It has most of the features of the main unit at a fraction of the cost. Great addition.

I moved my weather station to a location away from my home to aid in more accurate readings. I purchased Weather Windoe to keep at my residence and am very happy I made the purchase. The system is easily adjustable and shows me everything I need. Very pleased with my purchase.

Forcing people to buy a new display unit because you don’t want to let us connect it to our WiFi is really poor customer service. Sounds like you are desperate for revenue. It cost me half the price for a new system just to be able to connect to my new WiFi network.

The review app is so-so...the way its coded It drops all written reviews if you fail to check the star rating. It should retain the info I've typed in and highlight what was missed.

The shopping was fine and the WS-2902D console has a good layout. But it is impossible to read the console if you are over 2ft away and if there is any glare, like the sunlight that comes into my kitchen, it is even worse even up close. What a disappointment. I consider it a defective product and I am unhappy to have to pay $7 to return it. You are not standing behind your product.

I am very happy with the function of the items purchased. I am dropping one star as I suspect I was sold a used item as new. Two transmitters came boxed as expected. The station was unboxed in just bubble wrap and tape. When I could not initially pair my transmitters I went in to station settings to see if any kind of reset would help and multiple (more than I bought) transmitters had already been paired to the station. The station does pair and work as expected after clearing the prior transmitter info.
