The system was working, just fine except for the lightning detector, which has not picked up a lightning strike in over a month. I will try different settings, but it does not seem to be functioning other than that I love the system.

I love the WS-5000. So far every feature has worked perfectly. I really appreciated the User Manual in booklet form. It would have been much harder having to deal with it online. Following the Quick Start Guide helped in the setup. Having patience helps…going slow and methodical.

Website would not let me complete the purchase. I called the number on the website and spoke to a Sales Rep who completed the order for me.
The wrong item was sent. I called back and was told that a correct item would mailed to me. I haven't received it yet.
I like the product, but the sales experience was poor.

I cannot express enough how happy I am with the efficiency and seriousness of getting my part to me. I am a sailor and this unit is of utmost importance on my boat. I saw it originally from a YouTube channel called Sailing Sophisticated Lady and decided to but one. I got the part quickly and the call was very professional. Thank you so much!

Device is good. But talking about shopping exprience turns out to be very disappointing. I was charged over 100 CAD by Ambien Weather for shipping, tax and duties. Upon delivery, I had to pay another 40 CAD for taxes and the like. I don't think this is fair and this represents hidden costs in my opinion. I it clear I will not buy again from Ambient Weather. It's unfortunate because I am so far happy with the station. But obviouslt there will be no upgrade under such circumstances.

Lost our rain finnel in a storm and ordered a replacement that came. Then found the lost funnel in the back yard. Thanks.

I like it so far... Just wondering why I never got a first responder discount when I was asked!!... And as for your next question, I've had two people purchase from you since I told him 😌
