No matter how how hard I tried I could not understand the instructions for connecting my console to my other devices. Absolutely the worst experience I've had in years with tech. In my mind, there is no excuse for making something that should be a simple process of several steps so complicated. At least connecting the console to my home network was simple and direct, so I do have the console on my desk, but the ability to remotely check the weather at my home does not exist. This failure basically ruined an otherwise exceptional experience.

I bought a ThermoHygro accessory at your advice because mine was not registering temperature and humidity. After I installed it, my console still did not register temperature and humidity. I called you several days ago and had to leave a message, but you have not called me back. Unacceptable.

(After being repeatedly spammed to give a review, this is my fourth attempt to post it. I have no idea what happened to the first one, but if there are duplicates my apologies.)
The product itself -- a WS-2902D -- seems to be good. Aside from an issue with the AC adapter power jack on the console (power is connected only if the plug is rotated to a certain position) that can be fixed with a replacement console, it's been working fine. However, therein lies the issue...
I opened a support case the better part of two weeks ago, described the power jack issue and asked for a replacement console. Nada, zilch. After several days with no reply, I posted a question to the ticket asking for an update. Now, nearly two weeks have passed and still not a peep from Ambient Weather Support.
I'll follow up with a call but I guess the lesson is clear -- The make a decent product but once you buy they're gone. If you need help, forget it.
