Shopping was easy and delivery was fast. My only comment about the product is the instructions for removing the battery cover were a little weak. The cover was not easy to slide out and the drawing was not 100% accurate adding to my concern of breaking something. .I was afraid of breaking the cover/surrounding frame or using a tool to slide it out and create a gap in the cover. Eventually, I got it and will know next time.

It was very easy to process our order on the Ambient Weather site. Best of all, our order arrived very quickly and everything needed to set it up was in the box including a very clearly written instruction manual (versus just Online Help).

Terrible experience. Shipped my unit with no license. Instead of doing the easy thing and giving me a license, I am awaiting a new unit that was to be overnighted to me. 2 days later, it's schedule for Monday. Had to call customer service 3 times to get fixed. Sent to voicemail multiple times, no callback. No response to my emails until I called the third time. No idea if the unit works, hopefully my 5 day overnight unit will.

I bought this new array to replace a storm damaged one. I've had an Ambient station for several years now and love it, which is why I had to replace it.

The purchase itself was easy and the delivery fast. I’ve given the experience a 3 because I had an issue connecting the replacement array to the console and emailed customer support 2 times over 3 days with NO response. Was only able to het it connected after hours of internet searching and finding my solution there. Not a great customer service experience
