I purchased a replacement rain gauge for my array. It should have been an easy fix. No instructions were included. I called and left a message with ambient three days ago and still have not heard back. After 2 hours, I was finally able to get the 4 screws out and back in, installing the new rain gauge. It came with 2 new screws, not sure why they didn’t send four. Two stars because it does work now temp & humidity work, still waiting for a rain) and it was inexpensive to fix the problem, didn’t have to buy a new array.

This was my second (batch) purchase from ambient weather. I love their products (weather station, internet connectivity and external sensors). Their web page is easy to use, easy to customize and has all the information I needed. Prices are reasonable (some items downright cheap), choices are great.

new sensor array works for all things, but outside temperature still does not work. Unable to locate separate rain gauge/temperature sensor on website (for WS-2902D)

During an recent ice and wind event her in the wonderful Pacific NW our battery cover was blow away. I found the manual and was easily able to identify the battery cover matching the picture to the website battery options. I made my purchase and in 4 days I received the cover, fits perfectly and our weather station was up and running again, so easy and fast!

It would help if there was a little more clarity on the requirement for a WH32B when buying WS2000 replacement for WS2902. Make the correct sensor a checkable option to add to the WS2000 order.

Excellent Ambient Service but S-L-O-W USPS Delivery
Ambient's rep quickly determined which unit was compatible with my weather console to restoore barometric pressure readings. The payment process was easy. I expected 3-5 day delivery to my Whidbey Island, WA home but it took 9 days. USPS sent package from PHX to Birmingham, AL to Denver then SEA, then Everett, WA & finally to Whidbey Island.

It's great to have weather information at my fingertips from my home. I don't have to guess the temperature or how much rain we got last night. It's all right there on the display in our home or on my phone regardless where I'm at.
