Amazing customer service, I emailed as I needed a three pin European plug adapter, I had an email back advising of what I needed, I ordered and it arrived, I can’t fault the service

Easy to assemble, sensors work great, and the app displays data with precision. I am really happy with this weather station.

Easy to read and set up. Unfortunately the wind only updates once a minute. Most of the time that means it's wrong about 50 minutes out of every hour.

The sensor worked as expected and the installation instructions were reasonable. I ended up having to replace the batteries in the sensor unit to get it to pair properly with the base even though I thought I had replaced them recently.

Weather station works great. I like the ease of checking everything right from my phone. Easy to put together and easy to get setup. Wi-Fi connection was a little tricky but got it connected just fine.

Quick delivery and responses to questions were handled expediently. I had bought a replacement 2902D display and questions on removing the old from the account and adding this were quickly answered. Thank you

The outdorr temperature / humidity sensor on my 4 year old WS-2902A failed. I saw that parts might be available, but couldn't get into it. Despite it's short life, I decided to try again. My new WS-2902D was very easy to install and seem to be reporting accurately.

The weather station works great, however I was distracted when choosing which one to get and got a station without a monitor. For what I was wanting, a monitor would have been a lot better. My mistake but still not ideal.
