I spoke to a rep before purchasing this weather station. He was nice, but not very helpful. I needed some help setting up the new station and could not get through to a rep at Ambient Weather. I used the AI help feature and was able to get the station set up, but I had to make a couple assumptions/guesses because the instructions were not clear or specific enough.

I had another brand of weather station for several years. I had a problem after the warranty expired and found that basically my only option was to buy a new one. After viewing several brands of weather station, I finally decided on Ambient Weather because their weather stations tended to get higher review ratings than most of the other companies' products. Most importantly, however, was finding that the station I purchased is modular. If a part fails, I can buy a new part without having to purchase a complete new station. Installation was easy. So far, so good.

Mat was extremely helpful when I asked if I could replace my WS1000 console, and send me instructions how to connect it to the weather vane if it didn't connect by itself. Mat was right it did connect by itself . Couldn't be more pleased

This has been a great Weather Station upgrade over the typical entry level competitor. The iPhone widget has been a game changer for me and worth the upgrade as well

Need a replacement part because the crazy wind we got blew away the wind detector. Ordered the part, got it very quickly, put it on, works great!

Purchased an Ambient Weather Window to connect to my Ambient Weather Station - fourth one I have bought for another room of the house - connects and works perfectly, great idea and you can customize the weather readings you want to see.
