I received a damaged sensor and Ambients Weather sent out a brand new one and paid for the return shipping. Wonderful personal no hassle service! The weather station I bought, WS2902D has been a great choice.

Purchase was difficult. Tried multiple payment methods in Safari- Apple Pay, credit card, and none worked. Had to change browsers.

The WS-2902D built in setup web GUI is nice. Probably works fine for a cellphone. On a desktop computer, I had to disconnect the connection midway through the setup process in order to receive the email to proceed through the setup. That caused the WS-2902 MAC address to be registered with Ambientweather.net prior to setup completion without an account username or password. This caused and MAC address to be already registered causing an error during manual setup with no way to recover it. A single email to customer service to whitelist the MAC address on the Ambientweather.net network (with the appropriate pictures), freed up the MAC address within 24 hours. Online within minutes afterwards. Love the data available for download.

Needed a component part. While the website wasn't up to date with the application information the technical support was quick and provided the sensor needed.

The weather station is a great product, my first one lasted 6 years before it stated to malfunction. I ordered another and I received my product but I was Never assigned a tracking number. The email I sent to inquire about my order was never answered. I did receive the weather station in a timely manner though.
