The wind speed sensor was delivered on time and was a direct replacement of my old one. After installing it there was no extra calibration required. Thank you for providing a replacement solution at an affordable price.

Best personal weather station we have ever owned. Accurate, relatively easy to operate & understand. Great to be able to access from cell phone & add sensors. Love having lightening detection.

Great tech support identified the defective part. Ordering the part was straightforward and simple. Supplying instruction with the part would have made it a little easier.

My 4 year old weather station was getting water into the battery compartment. I emailed to see if I could get new seals for the compartment and never got a response. So, I had to pay 200 for a new weather station. No happy with company or customer service. Will be telling people to find another vendor in future.

My WS2902D quit working after just three years and I bought your recommended part to fix it. IT DID NOT work. Now you want me to spend another $140. DREAM ON.

I have the best weather Station. The in house monitor went down about a year ago. The battery that works the rain gauge went out over a year ago. My son said change the battery. The battery showed good. Battery charge fix. Purchased a rack to keep birds off the rain gauge. They love it. But the overall unit is still working.

Good product. Installation and troubleshooting instructions could use some work. Bought a new rain gauge after a close lightening strike.

The replacement part for my weather station worked. The bird spike kit was a little underwhelming. Rai to order parts arrived in a reasonable time

I haven’t been able to marry it to the console so it’s disappointing

I bought the WeatherHub to connect my WS1902C sensor array to AmbientWeather.Net by Ethernet. I could never get the WiFi connection to work for the Console configuration (after multiple attempts with and without tech support). The wired Ethernet connected immediately and was easy to configure with the built in console.
