I recently purchased a 2902 console to replace my failing one. The new console appears to be working accurately. I just hope the new one lasts longer than the previous one did.

I had purchased a WS-2902 system 7 years ago and the outdoor and UVI sensors had recently gone out showing dash's. After multiple try's to fix it I decided it was near end of life so it was time to buy a new one. The website gave me choices I could buy a new sensor array or a new outside temperature sensor or a whole new package. I decided to buy a new sensor array same model WS-2902 it was so dependable it was worth buying it again. Good Job

Can NOT purchase from an iPad or iPhone.. Tried numerous times over the course of 2+ weeks.. How do you run a store and no one is checking for this issue?

After a hail storm broke one of the wind cups from my weather station, I was afraid that I might have to buy a complete new station. Was happy to find the replacement part quickly on the ambient weather website and get a new piece quickly - the replacement went much quicker than I thought it would, was able to use a ladder to get up to the unit and, while I was afraid that I'd have to take the whole unit down, I was delighted to be able to unscrew the broken piece and put the new one on without doing anything else.
