Great experience! Knowledgeable tech was able to talk an 80+ year old through system connection issues and setup.

I bought a simple weather monitor this time. I’m done with ones with an app. Haven’t tried one from here though. Mine setup easily, displays both outside sensors, and even set the time no problem. I had issues with checking out as it would not take Apple pay or Paypal which I use often T many other sites..

I’ve had some issues trouble shooting my dim flickering monitor. I feel like the goal always is get me off the phone quickly and leave me to deal with the fall out.

Quick shipping, so much easier to setup. These units last about three years and I'm replacing my old screen with the new one, my fourth 2902.
Absolutely like this device, I use it as a teaching aid with Citizen Science.

Finding the ordering the part was very easy. It came quickly and worked. I thought the part was quite expensive for what it was - a base station power adapter.

Got a new weather station as old one lost wind measuring ( anemometer) in
Biggest advantage of new station is I can view weather at station when I am not there. Could not do that before.
