Things started out with a failure of a Wave Plus device purchased directly from Airthings. I attempted to contact their Customer Service (CS) concerning the failure but was not able to call and TALK with a CS concerning the issue. The only way to converse with them is via a chat session and then eMail. I do hate this very much and have spent way too much of my life waiting for chats to continue or drop.
I did have Don in CS pick up my case and he proceeded to stay in touch as the issues were explained and discussed. I worked R&D and know about Root Cause Analysis (RCA), hardware & software issues and can sympathize with Airthings, but communication is critical. I am glad that they are making things right with me and my family's investments and trust in their products. Thank you Don & Team for coming through.

A really nice weather unit. It is so nice to see what the actual real time weather is- especially the rainfall. I need some technical assistance and AMB was awesome with their help!
Thank you

After 10 years with a LaCrosse weather station and constantly having issues maintaining communications amongst the sensors, I bought a WS-5000 after moving from Texas to Colorado - What a change for the good!! - very reliable and almost maintenance free performance - a huge improvement in the interface and supporting online software! - batteries have been solid for more than a year so far! - downloading data from the system to formats that I used with previous stations was the ONLY item that consumer a bit of time - great weather station to rely on.

I love your products - I found the store purchase difficult to use. Selecting the product was ok but he check seem to be stuck until I figured out there was a missing field. If you modify the site to tell you about missing data instead of just not allowing the use to click on the review and place order.

This is a very nice unit and it looks very very professional, after doing the initall set up on the monitor all is good. Now all there is to do is to see how long it will work.
P.S. The mounting dosen't fit on 2" PVC pipe only 1-1/2" they need to rewrite the paper work.

Easy set up, seems to be accurate but only has been up and running for two days. Hope it endures the coastal environment. Display is very nice!
