They had exactly the part I needed delivered quickly and affordably

Arrived quickly, and was as advertised.

Very fast shipping and great communication. Very happy with Ambient!!

Received all items ordered promptly from in good shape and working properly.

Customer Support was very responsive and helpful with their suggestions. They even waited several days for feedback to see if the solution fixed the problem.

Much better sensors/screens than competitors.

Very responsive, knowledgeable and helpful! Thank you.

My second station fromAW. First one lasted 4.5 years. Hope this last longer. Station works well and easy to set up. Never have been able to set up wi-fi connection with old station or new one. Had my daughter who was a university professor teaching computer design/art try to help . We couldn’t connect. We will try again when we have more time to be frustrated.

Great weather station. I'm officially a weather nerd now got the entire set up weather cam and all

Amazing Customer Service!!! So hard to find these days.

Easy to ise and accurate

I was really pleased with the quick response and easy replacement of the temp/humidity element for my weather station. The price was very good for this key element of the weather station.

I know I am going to like it but still looking for good instructions how to use the flash memory

in my opinion its a very poor design. you must be connected online to ambientweather.net to view the extra temperature/humidity sensor that I use to monitor my basement. you must be connected to internet and go online to view extra temperature/humidity sensor and weather history. its very inconvenient and a very dumb engineering design. it should have been on the main display and at least have the option to view locally on computer without Internet access. I also don't like that it cant be mounted to the side of a existing pole like my antenna pole where my old weather station was. it must be mounted directly on top of a pole. making it very inconvenient to replace my old weather station and had to move to a new location and install a new pole. and I also don't like that the indoor temp and humidity sensor is built into the display. so it must be located exactly where you want to take the measurement. which is also inconvenient. I just recently installed this unit so I cannot comment yet on its performance or its accuracy. time will tell, I hope it will last and perform as good or better as my LaCrosse that had lasted for 10 years.

It took a bit longer to arrive than I expected, but not bad. Part worked great, even though there were no installation instructions, I got it installed. Works great!

Good

Love it
