I had to buy this because the wind at my ranch blew the original one off. What a crappy mount. Plus on my weather station the barometer never ever reads close to the other weather reading in the surrounding area

The online ordering sysem was a little quirky and ended up placing two orders for me (reason for 4 stars vs 5). The Ambient store allowed me to return one of the orders for a full refund including shipping of the item. Customer service response takes a couple days but I was happy with the result.

The manual that came with the weather station was a little lacking. I had to go online to figure out the alignment of the wind indicator. Then I had trouble with the lighting of the display which I ended up calling for help. Coustomer service and the internet were both helpful. The weather station seems to be great, but I've only had it a few days,

I truly respect Ambient's Weather Stations, and their amazing Customer Service.
I have only one concern. The previous same Weather Station was less than one year old, and the exact same one I just received seem to share a common problem. The hygrometer stopped working on the previous one, and the weather station I just received has the same 1% humidity reading.
