So far I am enjoying it thoroughly. Setup was easy, hopefully durable.

I ordered replacement parts and they were shipped immediately. I was very pleased with the whole process. My ambient weather station is back up and running again.

Ruth was very helpful in enabling me to get the firmware updated. That went well once I had the mini chip. My display problem still persists with the indoor and outdoor temperatures swapped on my display. If anyone can help with that, it would be great. Thanks.

My outside temp stopped working. Ambient C.S. said I needed a new THERMOHYGRO-ASSY-. After I installed it the outside temp did display but the temp read 110 degrees. It was actually 79 according to weather channel. Called Ambient and said to wait for 24 hours for it to reset. It never happened after 72 hours! Called Ambient and they said you will need a whole new array. After installing it, the temp was now displaying correct temp. I went to return the thermohygrow but had to pay $13.30 for return postage. I don’t think I should have to pay for return postage.

Great experience. We're upgrading from an older ambient weather station. Loved the old one and I'm sure we'll love this one

Tech support was responsive. However, I am disappointed that the temperature and humidity sensor failed after a little more than a year.

Purchase price was better than available from other sources. Process was easy and allowed me to compare Ambient models and web site info allowed me to compare with other manufactures. Shipping, although not as fast as some, was fine. Ambient offered a military discount which I appreciate and used. Product was well protected in the packaging and assembly instructions were fine.

Very satisfied with the delivery and product. It is set up and working perfectly. The user interface is not as intuitive as it should be. It would also be nice if there was an app that duplicates the control display for your phone and tablet device. I am using the AWS app but it does not duplicate the control panel nor does it allow any changes in the same format as on the control display.

Bought the wind meter as advised from support to fix the wind speed not working, the rest of the unit works correctly, it did not fix the issue so I contacted support. They suggested to reset the base unit and if that did not help to let them know. It didn’t and I emailed them. Never heard back.

I would have given a 5, but your engineers need to make the legs by directional. In other words, one could use either the left or the right foot for either side. Price was reasonable for two.
