Loved the product. 9/10 overall experience.
Would love to have had a mounting pole clearly not included, and an option to add one made more clear.
Same thing with the bird nest preventer.
Had to buy both after and wait extra periods of time for them to arrive.

Works well. Enjoy seeing weather trends for the day, week, month or year. Monitor the pool temp too.

It seems the some, not all, of the readings on the app differ from those on the display…esp the barometric pressure. I know there are multiple readings that can be selected on the display and none of them are even close. For example, the display may show 29.9 and the app shows 29.0.

I received the unit about a week ago and it seems to work and connect through the WI-FI. Still some configuration to do so I will reserve judgement.

So far, the experiences with ambient weather and with the weather station itself have been very good. The weather station was easy to set up and performance has so far meets all expectations. I have also connected to ambient weather.net and find the data sharing aspect of this service valuable. Thank you for checking in.

Ordering the item was easy and shipping was on-time as promised. The weather station mount works well, but the instructions provided were not very helpful. I had to go online to get more guidance.

I picked up the bird spike attachment and it was shipped quickly. I received it and installed it with no issues. It must be working because I have not seen any birds near it.

I ordered an additional console for my station. I contacted support because it would not connect to the outside array. After waiting just a few minutes, I worked with a tech who determined the console was defective. Two days later, a new one arrived and is working perfectly. Very impressed with company, staff, service, and products..

Over billed on my order. Have sent two messages and have made two phone calls to correct the overcharge. TOTALLY UNRESPONSIVE!
