Shopping at the Ambient Weather store was a very smooth experience. I love the Website layout. It was very easy to compare different products and purchase exactly what I needed. The WS-2000 Weatherstation is functioning beyond my expectations. Highly recommended!

I received the replacement weather station rain gauge and have installed it today. I cannot comment on the operational status because it has not rained.

We love our new Ambient weather station! We would’ve give 5 stars but only gave 4 because we can’t see the screen from across the room or even half way when sitting on the couch. You have to walk right up to it to see the display. We actually bought another weather station with bigger numbers so we can see the outside temperature from across the room.

Your site was causing me a lot of problems

Works well, unable to mount on the wall making screen hard to read at certain angles.

My dealings with Ambient Weather have been very positive--very patient , helpful trouble-shooting staff who helped me keep my system running. I have only owned my aw-5000 for about two years, so I'm not in a position to comment on the durability of the instruments over time. Based on my overall experience, I would recommend interested persons to go AW for a monitoring system.

The only thing it would be nice to have a comparison chart of all of your weather stations with compatible accessories

I was very pleased to find out that my weather machine was repairable. I had to pay $30 for the part. I guess it wasn’t under warranty 🤷🏼♂️. The biggest issue was that the repair directions were in very small print. So much so, that I had to take a picture and zoom in on the photo. Other than that I had no complaints. Would of been 5 stars otherwise.

Fast delivery, highly recommended, the viewer is easy to read( good graphics)
The only problem was the set up for the viewer- took me ( non-electronic person) about two hours to input information.

I needed a new power cord for my Ambient Weather PWS. I found what I needed on the website and ordering was simple. There were good email communications about my order and it arrived in a timely fashion. It fixed my problem and my weather station is up and running again.

Order process was easy. I am still puzzling over some of the technical issues.
I some cases the manual is not much help.

Website response was disturbingly slow during shopping and payment. But I was finally able to find and order my item, and it came on time.

Weather station works great. Only issue is I’ve been with. We didn’t buy enough bandwidth on the hotspot so we don’t get as many photographs as often as I’d like. We need to increase the bed with.

My weather station was shipped and received quickly. I got a little wrapped around the axel trying to get the iOS app running, but I finally figured it out without reading the manual. Mounting and setting up the outdoor unit is easy enough. The main display unit functions aren't straight forward (again, I didn't read the manual), but it figured out fairly quickly. I'm hoping this will provide much better data than the last inexpensive devise I had; so far so good, but let's see what happens in the winter here in Alaska.
