Directions for programming the monitor are very POOR. MOSTLY SETTING UP THE TIME. Alarm has gone off at midnight and 1 am 2 nights in a row. I think I have it figured out for tonight.

The pre-purchase service was quick and informative. The unit integrated seamlessly after I figured out how to get the OBSERVERIP hub to recognize it. The instructions did not cover the how the array would show on the user web dashboard.

Weather station quality is great. Connecting to Wifi and internet is still much more difficult than it should be.

My new WS – 2000 WeatherStation is amazing. Easy to setup and easy to work and read. When you have any other way.

It was a real pleasure to deal with a knowledgeable human, Odell Lopez in this case. He helped me first assess the problem and then find the right replacement part, the thermo-hygro sensor. My only problem was that the instructions that came with the replacement sensor said to remove the old sensor with a #2 Phillips driver, but the holes leading to screws were too small for the shaft of a #2. I had to modify a #1 Phillips to remove the screws.

My lighting sensor seems like it is not working. Had a storm last night and no reported lighting.

Very easy to setup and use. The hardest part was what to name the weather station.
