Excellent assistance from Ruth Vanderford who assisted me in trying to correct the temperature reading from my Ambient array. Unfortunately, her fix did not work through no fault of her own, so we ordered a new one.

I would rate this a 5 due to the ease of finding the sensor model I needed easily. The problem was I got a pop up recommendation for a protector for the sensor that I was considering however, could not find any access information telling me exactly what that was intended to do and when and how best used.

Shopping on Ambients site enabled me to easily piece together the weather station I wanted. You also get the bulk prices on extra sensors without having to buy the bulk amounts. Very nicely done Ambient. Thank you.

I only made the purchase, because your warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s written on. My time is valuable and I don’t have the time to go back and forth to determine what store I purchased my weather station from in order for you cover it under warranty. All your customer service did was waste my time. Will I purchase another product from you in the future? Probably NOT! Will I recommend your products to others? Probably Not! They will know about my experience first and they can make up their own minds.
