Love my new pool temp. sensor. Now I know how cold/hot the water is before venturing out. Also helps to keep the chemistry in balance.

Purchase was easy. The printed manual wasn't great, but the online version was better. Seems like a great product, with the only issue being making it easier to use.
In my case, the specific product was the pm2.5 monitor. This particular product could have benefitted from an optional rain shield installed below the solar cell, but above the air inlets so the monitor could be placed in full sun without danger of droplets from blowing rain getting into the sensor. That would be a very inexpensive accessory allowing installation without a USB power source nearby. I may end up fabricating my own, but I'd have happily paid another $10 to have a shield using $1 worth of plastic included. (email me for details if you'd like to hear more about this suggestion.)

The unit is easy to assemble and operate. My only disappointment is the relative short distance you can place the weather receptor from the module. The manual states 300' line-of-sight; however, that is misleading;eading because you really do not have that option since the sensor is outside and the display module is inside. Other than that it has everything I wanted.

I have a unit I received last year for Fathers Day. The receiver unit stopped operating after emitting a series of tones, and shutting on and off. I discussed the issue online with a tech, and then on the phone withyour "store"/ I was informed that my unit was no longer under warranty ( even though it had actually only been installed since early fall) and that I needed a new receiver unit. I was sold a new unit, ($200 plus) and recived it in a timely manner. I plugged int in, using the original power source, and it began to have the same issue. I replaced the original power source with the new one, and it has worked perfectly ever since. I have TWO issues, with the first one being denied warranty coverage. The second one concerns the fact that the tech, and the sales person should have had an idea that the problem was probably with the power source, NOT REQUIRING the entire receiver to be replaced. While I am happy with the product, I am extremely disappointed in the quality of your customer service.
