I bought my second Ambient Weather Station even though I had to send my first back on a warranty issue. Today I printed the shipping label to send back the 2nd one (WS1965) as it did not work from the beginning. To print the label I had to agree to pay $20.44 shipping TO RETURN THE DEFECTIVE UNIT THEY SENT ME!!! Yes, I bought the bottom of the line but will next time spend twice the price to get a different maker that hopefully works the first time.

I purchased a mothers day special for my wife and decided to get the professional weather station for myself. Now you have put the professional weather station on sale for fathers day. I feel ripped off and certainly would have waited to buy it had I known you we’re putting it on sale. Your website was dysfunctional and after wasting 3 hours of my time, I called in and placed an over the phone. You also screwed up my phone order and sold me a station I did not order. I had to go through a special effort to return it and you offered no compensation for my time and gas. It was returned. As a CEO of a high tech company I would say if my customers experienced what I have gone through doing business with you, they certainly would be upset and probably would go to my competitors for future needs.

We have had ambient weather stations for years, but there are times when they need replaced. We needed to replace the one we gad in our backyard, and we are glad we did. I can keep up again with the rain and wind

Ordered the parts we needed and they arrived quickly and our son was able to make the repairs in just a few minutes. Up and running like brand new!!!

Shipping was quick, price was reasonable. Multiple emails pandering for a review for a $10 item that you have the market cornered on is annoying.

Love that its mostly solar powered so I don't have to get on the 25ft tall pole barn roof to change batteries every other month.

The app needs some work. A legend for the maps would help. It frequently shows me in Virginia, but I'm not. Customizable tiles: too much current and historical data crammed in, make better use of the space. Haven't had enough weather variation yet to see it's range.

Received what I ordered except that I needed a set screw to attach one of the parts to the bottom of the weather station to fixate it to the base. It works, but the set screw that was lost when the weather vane was hit by a tree branch was not there when I came to replace it.
I used some ducky tape which does not look good but it works .

Website is horrifically difficult to navigate and confusing.

Internet would not link up with Hughes Net 2G & 5G. Hence no internet updates.

Installation while not fraught with some trepidation was easy. I appreciate someone telling me what to replace and not reset.

It works. Now , if there was a way to circumvent having to change batteries it would be perfect.
