The site was easy to use and order from, but I’m a little disappointed with the item. I feel it was very overpriced for what it is, I plastic holder for the lightning detector. I like your products, but this was way overpriced.

Recently had my esx-2902a display console stop functioning with the ac adapter. Battery power still worked, but Wi-Fi does not operate on battery power. A check of the power adapter showed 5v so I came to the conclusion that the display power circuitry was damaged. I chose to purchase WS-2902c display rather than the we-2902d because it came with the dc power adapter for less than the d model which wanted extra for the power adapter.
Order arrived in 3 days. Setup with the app was fairly easy. Had to try 3 times to the Wi-Fi. First failure was likely a mistyped password. Second attempt the monitor showed a solid Wi-Fi signal icon, but when I exited the app it went back to flashing. Third time was the charm. Monitor connected to Wi-Fi and device appears in n the app.
The monitor works fine. Don’t like panel layout and colors as much as the 2902a. Not sure if that can be changed.
