Excellent customer service and product support. They identified my issue with my weather station and rendered an accurate and complete solution. Great service.

Cost $30 for another temp/humidity sensor. Time and effort to take down, take apart small fiddly pieces, then reinstall everything. 10 minutes later it had quit working again. Rain gauge works which is part of the same replaced unit. Other reviews mention the temp being off by a noticeable amount. Obviously quality control issues.
Support has been helpful. They answer emails within a day. Another new unit is being shipped apparently. We’ll see if it is any better.

I'm A Weather Enthusiast So this weather station is Superb! The Fact That I Can Broadcast My Weather Conditions Over The Ambient Network And The Weather Underground along with other services is a Great Feature! I Definitely Recommend This Product To Anyone Who Needs First Glance Information Of Weather Conditions Not Only Locally But In Your Own Backyard! I Look Forward To Purchasing other Ambient Products In The Future. Keep Up The Great Innovation.

Product works great and it's nice to have a network of other devices you can look @ saved my vacation because of it. If this device would break I'd purchase another one

Had trouble ordering on the website when logged in under my account.
Found out (by calling customer support) I had to order while not logged in, under a guest account.
Hope you can fix this soon.
Other than that, order received and working wonderfully! :)

Set up a bit old school but system works well and display is perfect. I bought several extra temp sensors for different parts of the house and a garage 20 ft away. Unfortunately the signal strength is inadequate so I would recommend only planning on a range of 50-75 ft. Overall very pleased

The weather station is fine but the bird barrier design for the rain gauge is silly and not worth the price. One would be better off just buying some wire and glue.

Great weather system. Eazy install and programming.

I received and replaced the new array. The Outdoor temperature, Humidity UVI and Light still won't register on the display. Only the wind speed and direction are displayed. Did I get DOA?

The item I purchased didn't work properly when set up and I would like to return it ASAP. Furthermore, the person who provided technical support was difficult to understand, because she didn't pronounce thins clealy.
