We bought three weather stations. Our monitor is not right. It’s very hard to read. My husband called and requested just a different monitor. He emailed pictures and no response. How do we get just a replacement monitor?

Ambient Weather is a great way to keep up on current conditions and even when it is going to rain or snow! This is our second purchase of this product as the wind, ice, and sun had worn the other out after a few years. There was a problem with delivery, but it was the fault of UPS and Ambient Weather was ready to make good on our purchase. In the end, it all worked out and the customer service was great!

Assembly and install were easy. In my estimation this kit should be included with the original kit. Also the pins should come pre bent to the correct angles. Would be easy to do during the manufacturing process.

Have only had my new weather station a few weeks. However, so far, so good. Easy to set-up and provides me all the information that I need.

The unit is working perfectly except I cannot shut off the alarms. I put exceptionally high and low values in each of the parameters but unfortunately could not figure out how to do it for the rain gauge. The alarms go off at all hours of the day and night and I cannot seem to stop it. I will be giving you a call for more information. The instruction manual is certainly lacking in this respect.

I have installed the WS-5000 and the rain guage, so far it is working good, I like that I can go on the Ambient Weather App and see what is happening in my back yard
