Great experience, prompt shipping and great value for the part I needed, it’s nice to do business with a company that sells replacement parts for their product at a very reasonable price.
Thank You again !

I was surprised to have my order delivered the next day and even more surprised when all of the temperature and humidity readings were the same across all the remote devices. I have never seen such accuracy in products of this nature. So far the displays on ambient weather.net have been very good, and my only complaint is that the graphs seem to be unable to be re-sized.

User manual is full of errors and is missing information needed to install. Optional bird spikes (who doesn’t have birds??!!!) do not attach securely to rain cup so I must find some way to prevent them from slipping off. Buttons on the side of the console are impossible to see when mounted to the wall, and they are flush and lack any tactile differentiation, so it’s very challenging to use the many diverse functions assigned to each of the four buttons.

Easy to set up and working like a charm.
Well, with one exception, the rain gauge is over recording by about 20%. But I determined that's because the tipping bucket isn't draining completely and this can probably be corrected by using Scotch Guard of RainX or some other water repellent so water won't stick to the bucket. I'm waiting for a tech support reply to get their recommendation. I feel this is a significant issue that should have been mentioned in the manual. So that's why I'm docking it one star. Otherwise I'm quite pleased.
I use it with Software Defined Radio to collect data from it 24/7 so I can use the data for calculating how much to water my lawn. But without that there doesn't seem to be any good way to get data from it. The website is nice to look at and it's cool to be able to see other nearby weather stations. But it doesn't help in collecting the data with a computer. The ability to create your own custom website could do the trick but I couldn't find any information on how that would work.
