I recently ordered an array assembly for my WS- 2000 WeatherStation. I could not get the new assembly to communicate with my console. I called the helpdesk and the lady who helped me deserves five stars. She was able to resolve my problem by showing me what key strokes to make on my console. However, the lack of instructions That came with the array assembly deserve a one star.

During our move the weather vane and wind cups of my weather station broke. Ambient had the needed parts and all is back up and running.

I needed to get a new display for my 2902B. The wind was very small and hard to read at any distance. I ordered the new 2902D, which was very easy to set up through WiFi. It doesn’t use the app at all was intuitive to set up. Now I can see the wind from across the room.

When a recent hail storm shattered the wind speed cups, we found and ordered the replacement part with great ease. A quick and easy fix.

The shopping experience was fine but the bird spikes were very flimsy and did not keep the birds from landing on the rain gauge. We have made a modified anti bird unit that is working! Good shopping but the item was sub standard and not worth the $$$
