Purchase was fine, product is good, having trouble getting real time data updates online. Waiting to hear from the support team. Hopefully, I’ll receive a response soon.

Pretty simple. Would have liked an Apple Pay option that did not require me to enter my credit card number.

In general very good. I'm disappointed that I didn't get my discount via my code! The location to place the discount code is below/after the place order button. Installation was easy! Confused about setting BP. Could use more guidance on BP.

The WS-2000 has been working great. I do have to say navigating the Ambient setup website is a little more cumbersome/complex. It is less than intuitive as it should be. But after getting it setup it all works satisfactorily.

I ordered a replacement rain gauge for my WS2902A when my old one stopped reporting. If I had been able to review the instructions before purchasing, I would not have purchased it, as the old wiring harness was not able to transfer to the new gauge, but I did not know that until the product arrived with the instructions. So, I am returning it and am having to pay to have it returned.

I purchased a replacement Temperature/Hygrometer sensor for my WS-2000 outdoor unit. The purchase experience was excellent as I got the part before the estimated delivery date. My issue is that I really didn't need the part to begin with. Following the FAQs on the website, it let me to believe that the sensor failed. But, after replacing the part, I still had a constant reading of 99% humidity. So, when I called the technical support hotline, the technician walked me through the re-registering of the outdoor sensor ID. I didn't find anything like that in the manual. Next time, I'll call for assistance before I order a replacement part.
