I have not been able to calibrate the station as suggested because the console won’t let me set the relative pressure (which is recommended to use for calibration in the manual.
Following the steps in the online tutorials has not allowed me to link the station with my mobile device. There are several different apps one is supposed to download depending on which tutorial you consult. This is confusing, and none worked.
The rain gauge seem way off. Analog measurements right by the station and nearby official measurements show 2-3 times the amount that the station measures.
I left a message to customer service several days ago but havn’t heard back so far.
So, I’m starting to regret having purchased this station…

Very Nice Weather Station! Works great; simple to use, with a nice display. My wife loves it over our old Davis Vantage-Vu. Well packaged for shipment; price is very affordable!! Good, Job Ambient!!!

I’ve owned our weather stations for a few years now, and it has been great. A recent storm blew a piece off, which was then mowed over accidentally. I called their customer service number I found on their website, and a very helpful representative helped get me exactly what I needed, at a price I thought was extremely fair. It must’ve been shipped out within minutes, because I got it ridiculously fast! Great product and great customer service!

I love the weather station. It set up easily. The console(s) are beautiful. I had a little trouble with the AP but a call to Odell squared that away. The only negative is that when I looked at the 2902 on the website, I saw that it included a separate temperature sensor. So I presumed that I was to mount it on the post below the 2902 and it would communicate with the 2902 and then all the data would be transmitted to my console(s). When I ordered the station, I checked this understanding with Odell and he confirmed it. So I added a WH-31 to my order to protect the temperature sensor. When I received the shipment I discovered that the primary temperature sensor was indeed included in the 2902 and that the extra sensor was just an additional sensor. So I put it in the greenhouse where it will give us very useful information. So I ended up with a WH-31 that I didn’t need.

Love my ambient weather station. The temperature sensor went out after 14 months and I was able to get a replacement and it is working great again. They were very helpful in obtaining the proper part and I appreciate that.

Overall a good experience. Because of the way the description was I ended up with an extra sensor - it wasn't clear to me that one of them was included but I should have assumed it was. Not a big deal. Loving the new WS2000 compared to my old unit.

Great little weather station for the price. Could improve the solar panel and the temp/humidity sensors, which seem to fail the most. (Or make these parts replaceable)

My only complaint was that the sensor array didn't come with a rain cup. Other than that everything was very positive.

Ordering was easy and delivery was fast. Tried to set up an account; couldn’t get in and requested assistance but never got any. The operating manual did not match up with the unit I got so I had to stumble through several iterations to finally get the unit set up. For the price of this unit I’m disappointed.

AWN app says my device is not reporting. I have found it very frustrating to try and find the solution to this issue! I can see the data on the display in the house. The app appears to have the correct MAC address, but it does not report anything
